All the personal and CRM data our system processes and stores on servers located on secure cloud networks in Canada and the US.

We keep your email in our newsletter until you unsubscribe.
Canadian tax law requires us to keep your basic personal data for 6 years. After which that time, we destroy it.
Your server data is kept until you cancel and later deleted up to 180 days later.

At times, we will send you emails about your billing subscription, RegisteredHosting news and updates and product offers.
We will send you automated alerts about your RegisteredHosting account. You can turn these off in your RegisteredHosting Account notifications settings.
If RegisteredHosting happens to be sold, the acquiring party becomes the new controller. All GDPR laws still apply regardless if the jurisdiction.
If you believe the information we process on you is incorrect, you can request to see it by email. You may also request to have it changed or removed.
If you believe are not complying with the law, you can write a complaint to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
