If you are not completely satisfied with the web site services that Registered Hosting and Web Services (RHWSI) offers and you notify RHWSI in writing within 7 days of the start of your service (through our support ticket system) that you no longer require our services you will be given a full refund of your web site hosting services. If a refund is due to you, you will be notified by email. You will receive your refund within 30 days from the cancelation date. This policy does not apply to any additional services such as, but not limited to, overages, disk space, e-mail accounts, domain name registration, and Web development services.
Refunds will not be issued for yearly services after the first 7 days of service.

This policy does not apply to any additional services purchased on behalf of the client, such as, but not limited to software licenses, IP addresses, or additional bandwidth. Setup charges are also non-refundable.

There is no refund for domain name purchase.
Registered Hosting and Web Services (RHWSI) uses industry standard third party Registrars for domain name registration services. Once an order is placed for a new domain name through RHWSI, we register the domain for the customer through the Registrar. Domains registered in this manner are not eligible for a refund and the cost for such domains will be subtracted from any service refund from RHWSI. If you cancel your RHWSI service, you will retain ownership of your domain name for as long as you continue to renew the domain. You may renew the domain through RHWSI or through the Registrar. Domain names are only registered for a finite period of time.
